In Numbers 3 it again speaks of the Levites and then mentions them as substitute for all first born sons of Israel - again, reasserting first born males.
It then describes divisions within the Levites, as well, and then assigns areas for encampment around the Tabernacle (3 places) with Moses and Aaron encamped in the front of the Tabernacle.
